Anne of Green Gable Read Along

Anne of Green Gable Read Along
I saw this Anne of Green Gable Read Along post at Suey's blog and I thought I join in. This read along is hosted by Jenni Elyse, Kami and Suey.

My first reading of Anne of Green Gables wasn't a good one. I think I sort of didn't like it but perhaps I was a bit too young? My second reading a few years later is somehow changed. I actually liked or perhaps even loved the book and the rest of the series, well, perhaps not all the books in the series. But I do like the world of Prince Edward Island and all the charming characters in it. And I also saw the three movies starting Megan Follows which pretty much made me like Anne so much more.

This is my first read along so I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm sure I'll be enjoying it. Even though this is a re-read, I think I'll probably find new things as I often forget what I read. So if you like to join in the read along, visit Kami's blog to sign up.

Anne of Green Gables Book Covers
There are so many editions of Anne of Green Gable and most of them have really bad covers. I have the Tundra book series (see #1). I wanted to get #7 but the book is so small like the size of your palm so I didn't get that. Here are my favorite Anne of Green Gables covers:
