scribble picnic: generous

'generous gift'

closeup
This week's Scribble Picnic is 'generous.' I didn't really have any ideas until the last minute and so this piece is incomplete. He was going to eat a generous slice of cake but it turned into a candy cane gift instead. < See more Scribbles here >

    1. I like to think he's giving the candy cane instead of getting it so no need for too much dental services.

thanks for stopping by, have a lovely day.

  5. Well, that is one impressive candy cane and an adorable overwhelmed little elf. To say that is a generous serving is an understatement ... very cute and even more clever.

  8. Oh gosh, you should see the smile on my face, Lissa, as I type this. Such a darling little picture. Maybe you can wrap this up later...as I still need to do with my piece too! This time of year is busy enough let alone, if you are like me, you have a lot of work projects to complete too.

Thank you for your always generous artwork provided anytime you join our picnic. I love it.

    1. it seems I have a habit of drawing guys with slightly messy, curly hair, not sure when that started...

the holiday is always busy and also, work has been a bit much so I didn't get to finished this. perhaps later.

thanks for stopping by, have a lovely day.

  10. This s so darn cute! I love it.
I had hoped to join in for this one. It was going to be a little girl giving a big chunk of cheese to a mouse hole in the wall. So I guess we both had food in our thoughts. I really like looking at this Lissa.

    1. my little guy was going to eat a large slice cake but it was changed to candy cane. when I think of the generous theme, somehow food just came up - like a generous helping and also since I've drawing fairies, this little guy became one too.

thanks for stopping by, have a lovely day.
