    1. probably some science fiction/fantasy book. or she simply just hiding behind the first book she saw because she doesn't want to you to see her scar around her right eye where her pet dragon has accidentally brushed her with his claw when they were flying and had to avoid birds and landed rather badly against some trees. He was very sorry about it and promised to fly more carefully from then on...

    1. actually there is love for yellow but she has been so used to blue and pink that changing to yellow means changing herself.

why is everyone stuck on asking about yellow? must be the artwork. that piece is has three versions where the color of her dress is blue, pink and now yellow.

      have a lovely day.

  5. She wears yellow because the artist told her to--a nice contrast to the blue background.

    Here's my query for you:
Which authors have most influenced you either in terms of style or themes?

    1. you're right. as I said in respond to Anita, it's just yellow, nothing special.

I read a varieties of books and the authors varies but I've always like Alice Hoffman in terms of style and the way she weaves the real world with bits of mystery and fantasy. but I don't know if her work influences me or not but I do lean towards writing fantasies.

      have a lovely day.

    1. I don't actually paint as most of my work is digitally colored but I seem to work on my artwork more than my writing which is a bad thing since I've not been able to finish any novels that I promised myself I would complete but that's the way it goes.

    1. that would a slow drizzle that I don't mind walking underneath it. and maybe sometimes a heavy downpour so that the city would be so shiny and reflective afterward that you can see it all mirrored in the pavement.

    1. well, they are supposed to be rabbit/bunny ears but they look like cat ears as well. actually, I used to, well, I probably still do, like rabbits and bunnies a lot so I often have any image that I use as a substitute for my photo wearing bunny ears because sadly, I'm not a bunny so those are like my fake/substitute ears.

I have a question. did the artwork with the bunny ears trigger your question or did other bloggers who also seems interested in the artwork trigger your question? perhaps I shouldn't have used any image at all.

      have a lovely day.
